My Philosophy
“I have a strong belief in massage therapy’s ability to make a significant impact on one’s quality of life. Massage helps an individual not only feel better, but function more efficiently as a whole, with less discomfort, less tension, and a greater appreciation for the present moment.”
About Me
I have been licensed in Texas for massage since 2000. I received my Georgia license in massage in 2012. I have experience in several types of massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Hot Stones. I also offer Sports massage for the serious and weekend athletes, and Pre-Natal massage for the expecting mom.
Massage therapy has allowed me to help many people recover from body injuries or to just help relieve them from a long stressful work week.
I look forward to meeting new clients and helping them feel better.
